Meet the Team

Louise Zirbel has a diverse background in roles across various industries, and spent years navigating the fast-paced corporate world before trading boardrooms for boarding passes and Parenthood. Her passion for culture and connection has taken her across continents, and led her to facilitate a range of events and collaborations.

Louise teamed up with her sister Rachel Salmon to co-author their debut Children’s picture book STANLEY.

Rachel Salmon is an Early Childhood Teacher turned design enthusiast, specifically the visual arts space. With a deep appreciation for creativity in its many forms, Rachel has combined her love of the arts with her experience in teaching, learning and literacy.

Louise and Rachel then brought Barry Patenaude onboard, to bring the words of STANLEY to life through his distinctive illustrative style that is both fun and quintessentially Australian.

Barry Patenaude is a former draftsperson turned distinguished designer and illustrator, known for his precision, creativity, and unique visual storytelling. With a foundation in technical drawing and years of design experience, Barry brings structure and personality to every project. His work seamlessly blends form and imagination, earning him recognition in both commercial and creative spaces.
